Delivery
Fabric is cut to the length you order and sent out tracked. Here's what to expect.
How long it takes
Most orders are cut and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and arrive a couple of days after that. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Because cloth is cut to order rather than sitting boxed on a shelf, we confirm the roll is in stock before we take it any further. If something has sold out between you ordering and us cutting, we'll tell you straight away and either hold it for the next run or refund you in full — whichever you'd rather.
Delivery cost
Delivery is £10.99, whatever the size of the order, sent tracked and signed for. It's shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Order six metres or sixty and the charge is the same, so if you're weighing up two cloths for the same job it costs no more to have them come together.
Outside mainland UK
For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, get in touch before ordering and we'll quote you properly rather than guess.
If something goes wrong
Short measure, wrong cloth, damaged in transit — tell us within a few days of it arriving and we'll put it right. Please check the cloth against your order before you cut into it; once it's been cut we can't do much, however willing we are.
